Reaching out to, promote and increase parents/carer’s knowledge and understanding of ‘learning through play’ hence giving their children a memorable childhood. Providing education relative to holistic child development and family support for all parents thus improving their holistic capacity to support their children’s development Supporting the holistic needs of the pregnant and 0-5s and while constantly ensuring that foundation are constantly led to Christ. We work with individual families and churches at the national and international level.
We support and ensure multi-agency working policy as well as comply with government agencies relevant standards in relation to pregnancy to 5s as we believe that the wisdom to discover through research and gather these policies, procedures and standards have been solely given to them by God. We also filter and adapt the use of professional tools and techniques in leadership & management, social work, childcare and parenting to help us explore and understand how to achieve our charity’s aims. Some of our tools are adapted from government and organizations like Children Workforce Development Council (CWDC), http://www.foundationyears.org.uk and this include the use of the EYFS, Common Assessment Framework form for children and Family Assessment Form by Department of Health etc We would not forget the our unique LEARNING LADDER PACKAGE idea which enables parent to record their children’s steps of success day by day using the Parent/carers information book as well as information we provided for them on how to support their children. The learning ladder book itself enables to staffs and parent to record via photograph play and learn activities of the children while at the session or elsewhere thereby enabling us to tailor their learning in a structured form
